I’m starting to see some potential for blogging as a tool for recovery. I’ve created a new page (hopefully I can figure out how to add a link here: https://rocksintoroses.com/tracking-routine-goals/) to track my routine goals for each day: taking medications, eating regularly, sleeping regularly, etc. My assessment of yesterday was: Busy, definitely not routine, trying, but not stressful.
My stats tell me that over 20 people viewed yesterday’s post – not bad for a first day in a brand new medium! I’ve awoken with a post on my heart, so I’ll start working on it, and maybe catch a cat nap before attempting the work day.
